This award is targeted at smaller businesses that have started trading in the last two years. Entrants will have to demonstrate how the business has performed and what its future projections are. You will also be asked to explain the background to the business, the markets it operates in, the business vision and the research that was undertaken when the business was in development. By doing so you could receive the reward you deserve for successfully setting up your new business.

Is there another stage?
All applicable entrants will be invited to attend a 20 minute meeting at the organisers premises.
Are supporting materials allowed to be submitted alongside my entry?
Only if they are inserted into the actual entry itself, not as an additional attachment unless stated on the application form.
When will the shortlisted be announced?
Judging takes place in June. The shortlist will be announced soon after then, and you will be notified whether or not you have been shortlisted before it is publicly announced.
